   Go to forever21. They always have fashion-forward cheap skirts there. You can wear flats with skirts to have a more laid-back look and wear a matching half sleeve shirt or tank top with the skirt

   free people has adorable, boho style skirts with tons of flowers! i picked out some i think would make a statement, but check out all of the skirts! as for what to wear with them, sneakers like converse would give a girly skirt a cool edge and for a skirt with designs like i picked out, wear a solid matching shirt.

   you can get some cute long skirts at khols and macy’s wedges r good for long and short skirts and flats go well with everything.
   for shirts….. i think semi formal would do a long flowy skirt
