   I would go with black, grey, or red leggings. And if you can of course chose any color of leggings that will match the rest of your outfit.

   I can help with the bottoms a bit.

   Leggings could look alright, especially with the see-through ness.

   A pattern or a solid color- not transparent.

   something wot raincoats are made of? those type of see thru stuff???
   anyway, for style u could use maybe black (NOT FISHNET)stockings and use embellishments on ur skirt like gold chains or flowerpower or maybe even stones and cheer up the look by the mood u are in that day.

   For the top, u could use a halter or a snazzy indian handstitched threadworded top. Indian threadwork designs are real cool!

   Ur outfit will look cute!
