Get some hand cleaner cream stuff like GoJo or Fast Orange and work that into the dry cloth first with your fingers. Then wash like regular. Should be gone. References :

I have gotten olive oil out of a silk blouse before by sprinkling corn starch on it and leaving it over night. The corn starch absolved all the oil. Worked like a dream but am not sure with an old stain but might not hurt to try it. References :
Make a paste of Dawn and baking soda. Apply it to the stain and let it sit for a couple of hours. Then handwash the item in Woolite or another mild detergent. Roll in a towel to dry. References :
