Of course, buit I think that's a bit out of style. That was really big last year. Maybe mix it up with some grey leggings w/ little hearts on them? pink would be cute. References :

personally i dont wear leggings but i see them on other people all the time. you can wear leggings with a mini skirt it doesnt look bad at all. References :

as much as it was a big thing last year, it doesnt really mean its going out of style,
its just not getting noticed as much.
and thats the thing with clothes and style is that you want to be noticed, so instead of a plain black legging (which is still cute) you might wanna mix it up, have a design on them , like the comment above , the whole hearts thing sounds cute.

lol sure!!!!! when leggings first came out everyone wore them like that now they wear them with long shirts,tuunics, shorts. But trust me its hawt and its better than stalkings References :
