Either very long or very short. A knee or midlength skirt cuts you in half visually and makes you look short. A long skirt gives one continuous, long visual line, and a short skirt gives you long legs. You really should wear heels, and avoid any sort of ankle straps, which also make you look shorter.
References :
lol, i'm four inchest shorter than you! you should wear something knee length preferably. If you can find a dress that length with more of a v-neck and a high waist. If it has a belt to tie (not like a buckle belt but one that starts at the sides) in the back that would help. Go with heels. If you wear a skirt do the same length and don't get a pencil skirt that you can't sit it comfortably for a long amount of time or walk in nice step lengths b/c you'll be walking a lot. and don't get a shirt that is real flowy or 'tunic-like' because that will make you look shorter because it won't stretch along your body like it should.
