   A denim mini for under $20 might be tough to find. Try places like:
   Macys (they usually have awesome sales)
   Target
   Forever 21
   H&M
   TJ Maxx or Marshalls

   - H&M (I got a really cute one here for about $14)
   -Kohl's
   -You could try the sales rack at Delias (or their website, though you'd have to pay shipping)

   And I've found cute ones at consignment shops before, if there's any in your area.
