A cute blouse is always cute with that kind of thing. For shoes if it is summer where some sandals. If it is winter wear a pair of clogs or slip on flats. References :

I’d suggest, “nothing”! Lose the denim skirt too! No seriously wear somthing that shows a bit of skin. Backless stuff! Men don’t care abt shoes. References :

In a magazine I saw a really cute new trend to wear with a jean skirt: Any longish t-shirt in a neutral color, a nice black/brown/or grey blazer jacket over it, a fun striped/printed light-weight scarf, leggings or tights, and some knee length boots in black/brown.
