   Okay, honestly I'd just wear shorts or jeans. Either or if you're pear-shaped. NOBODY wears long denim skirts anymore, and no I don't recommend a mini skirt either.

   Honestly I do think those are out of style, I think it would be better if you wore it during winter. Buy a short denim skirt, those are in!!

   Wear what u want.
   Being Jewish has nothing to do with fashion sense.
   One of my friends is Jewish and she is one of the most stylish and fashionable people i know.
   U'll look more like a muslim actually

   You could fix the problem of looking "like a religious person" by shortening the skirt to the knee. I have a long denim skirt that I bought years ago and it still fits great but the length is no longer in style so I'm going to have it hemmed to the knee.
   I know I will get much more use out of it and a knee length skirt (in a classic cut) is always in fashion!! And I'm sure the same would work for you.

   Let me know what you decide!!!

   I understand your pear shape but I think you should try and fold the skirt up to knee length just to see if it makes you look wider. And besides you can always combat that with pairing the skirt with something that will balance out the proportions
   Just give it a try…if you don't you'll never know if it looks good on you!!! Trust me!!!

   deff not in the SUMMER!! or EVER!! they are sooooooooooooooooo out of style go to abercrombie foo and look at how short their skirts and shorts are!!
