		<description>That&#039;s alot of sizes to bring it down.  I would DEFINITELY remove the pockets.  Separate the front from the back at the side seams, remove your extra fabric (and pockets), baste it first--either with pins or a long basting stitch.  Then check your fit.  After you like the fit, you can either add pockets back in if you&#039;d like, and then sew your side seams.
